SAVE THE DATE: Windsor Community Circle is kicking off “the season of giving” by giving you a Screaming Good Time! The Windsor Community Circle (WCC) is a gathering of local service organizations and individual community members who wish to participate in bettering our Windsor Community. WCC presents The Renovators Band for a Halloween Dance and Costume Party (over 21 only) No-host Bar! Prizes for Costume Contest! Raffle! (parking for this event can be found at WOF lot next to CrossFit, the public street and public lot at roundabout)
