Demystifying the Hustle Culture
Many of us were raised to believe that "working harder" is the only path to success. However, with stress accounting for 70-80% of doctor visits, women can no longer deny that we are burning ourselves out as a culture. Any coach can tell you that working smarter is better than working harder. In this program, our local coaches offer ways to curtail the stress and burnout of the modern era helping us to be more deeply centered and intentional.
Our local coaches include Grace Brooks, Mayra Hernandez, Michelle Hardeman-Guptil, Cordelia Wolf and Lori Varsames.
SCWP and Windsor Chamber members are encouraged to bring a raffle prize to promote your business and to support our program.
Refund Policy: Your registration helps us plan for food, materials, and venue space. Because of this, we’re unable to issue refunds. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee upon request. Please contact the Windsor Chamber office if you need assistance.
