Michelle Oxford, MBA, FACHE, is the Chief Administrative Officer for Healdsburg and Petaluma Valley Hospitals and oversees operations for Providence’s Northern California service area. She began her healthcare career in Business Development with Catholic Healthcare West and later served as president and CEO of Bakersfield Heart Hospital for seven years. With deep experience in hospital operations, service line growth, and financial performance, Michelle brings strong leadership within integrated healthcare systems.
